Totally Unnecessary, and Not Really That Convenient If you have a skillet, you do not need this product. That would be OK, if it did its thing better, or in a cooler way, or faster, or something. But it doesn’t.Here’s all the stuff you would have to do, whether you’re using this device or a skillet. Stir up the egg(s). Cut up the peppers and onions (or whatever you’re putting in it). Grate the cheese. So really, is cooking your eggs and tortilla in this thing saving you that much time? I don’t think so, when you consider that it takes 5 minutes to cook 1 egg and warm 1 tortilla. I don’t think it would take me that long to scramble one egg in a skillet (and Mr. Microwave would take care of warming the tortilla). My complaints about the device itself:- It’s a unitasker. It takes up space in your kitchen, and it really only exists to make breakfast burritos. (Yes, there are also recipes for crepes, and it claims you can make personal pizzas, but it’s really talking about pizza quesadillas).-…

I LOVE the Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich Maker, the Breakfast Burrito Maker works but is just OK… We have owned the Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich Maker for a long time and have enjoyed how simple it is to make a breakfast sandwich. Just throw in an English muffin, a slice of cheese and break an egg. Throw the rings in the dishwasher. No muss, no fuss. With the Hamilton Beach Breakfast Burrito Maker, there are so many extra steps and negatives that it doesn’t really make anything easier. The one big pro over the Sandwich Maker is that it has a built in timer which is super handy.First, you are going to need to get out a bowl and whisk to scramble an egg. Then get out a cheese grater and grate some cheese. Already you have several dirty dishes and since you are washing anyway, you might as well use a pan instead of the Burrito Maker. The tortilla that fits inside the Burrito Maker is too tiny to make a burrito and instead makes a sloppy taco which, especially if you add salsa and sour cream, will leak out the back of the tiny taco making…

Makes a Great Tasting Pizza in Minutes This superb Breakfast Burrito Makers also makes a great tasting pizza from scratch in only 6 or 7 minutes cooking time depending upon how much cheese and other ingredients you use in your recipe. There’s a couple of minutes of preheat time. It’s like a thin crust pizza when finished and you can mix the ingredients to your personal taste. I didn’t show the onions in the photo, but we chopped some up and added that to the mix as well. The next time we cook pizza, we will fold it over or roll it halfway through cooking and finish cooking it Burrito style. It will be less messy to eat that way. There are six recipes in the booklet to get you started. We were in the mood for pizza when we unboxed it, so that’s what prompted us to start that way. This is a good snack cooker and just the right size for the two of us. Of course, if you are cooking for a half dozen people, it will take a while longer to feed everyone. They can take turns preparing it to their own personal taste…
